  • GPS takes you there- off HWY 62, turn North on NS 3520 rd, there will be an old warehouse on the N side of the HWY (E side of 3520) and a house on the other side. Should be a sign directing as well. THIS ROAD IS ROUGH DRIVE SLOW. (They have done a patch work job over the pot holes but it’s still rough) Go for about 3 miles or so and there will be a little white sign on the E side of 3520 rd and turn E to go the lake on Lloyd Bateson Rd. This road is smooth but drive slow for horse crossing. You will dead end on this rd can’t miss the campground.

I ride Prague Lake all of the time. It is the closest place that is barefoot friendly around me. I love it. The mileage is perfect. I have ridden here for years and cannot count the miles I have racked here just on the pink trail around the lake. The loops are super fun, I like the loops that take you from the stairs up and around and spits you back out either at the teeter totter or you can go out a little farther up by turkey creek. I long trot and lope these trails and my horses really enjoy it. After a long ride you can cool off from the breeze off the lake while walking across the dam. You can also ride the down side of the dam and take another blue loop off the north side and it will bring you back to the fork of the original trail.
