Devils Den- West Fork AR 

EQUINE CAMP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS- EXPECTED TO OPEN SUMMER 2024- BUT I WAS TOLD IT WOULDN'T BE OPEN UNTIL 2025.

  • Website states that there are only 20 miles of horse trails, but I feel that is super outdated. 

  • Trails are rough and ragged, shoes or boots are definitely needed. 

  • While camp is closed, trails are still open to be ridden. 

I have ridden at Devil's Den 2x, however, that was years ago. The old camp, was very tight with parking and it needed to despartley be redone, which is what is happening now, (currently 7-18-24). The trails are rough as expected for arkansas mountain trails. Trails offer a lot of water and some cool caves/rocks/waterfalls. There are hiking trails as well that intertwine within the horse trails i believe which I think is how we rode so long lol.

The camp offered a bathhouse and we highlined to the trees to tie horses up. The trails are super beautiful and have fantastic views as well. I am super excited for the camp to open back up and to be able to visit again!
